And on 12th August we have officially accepted my marriage notification.

Based on your own experience, the flow to marriage / necessary documents / difficult points etc are listed below.
Flow until marriage establishment
1. Acquire parents’ approval of each other
I was pretty nervous when I went to greet my wife’s parents as I was able to get married.
However, if you can not obtain consent, we can not obtain cooperation etc for collecting necessary documents, so let ‘s do our best and acknowledge it.
If you go by the spirit of hitting and breaking it will do something. (Maybe)
2. Collect necessary documents with each other
The Myanmar people are serious. I will describe necessary documents below.
3. Submit the document to the government office
The government office can be a local office near you. However it is unexpectedly not known that OK will be submitted anywhere.
If you have never received it, I think that going to another office is also a hand.
(I think that it does not mean that you do not receive the basic.)
4. Interviews by staff of the Legal Affairs Bureau
If you can not decide whether to accept marriage notification at the government office, we will leave judgment to the Legal Affairs Bureau.
This is called acceptance.
There are few couples between Myanmar and Japanese, so I think that it is mostly acceptance inquiries.
When you come to acceptance, you will need to meet with the Legal Affairs Bureau.
Documents required for marriage
1. Documents to prepare by two people
Documents necessary for preparation by two people are marriage notification.
Because myanmar people do not distinguish between first name and last name, I think that some people may be lost in writing, but it is okay if they divide it appropriately.
2. Documents prepared by the Japanese
For Japanese people, we need to prepare the following two.
・ Family register certificate ・ Identification card (driver’s license etc)
Since it is a document to be prepared even in marriage between Japanese, there are no special points.
Just because the family register certificate can be acquired also at convenience stores, please check it!
3. Documents prepared by Myanmar people
Myanmar women need to prepare the following five.
・ Single Certificate (Original)
・ Family list (it is difficult to bring out the original, so it can be copied)
・ Passport ・ Residence card
As for the single certificate and the family list, it becomes a document described in Burmese, so you need to prepare a Japanese translation as well. It is pretty tough.
So it is best to obtain the documents themselves on behalf of my family who is in Myanmar.

3. The officials of the ward officials were serious
It was the most annoying day of my life.
When the submission of marriage registration was submitted to Shinagawa Ward Office, the person in charge scrutinized investigation for about 1 hour behind,
“Although this single certificate is issued by a judge, it is not a notarized lawyer and can not be accepted”
“I need a picture of living together”

Although I visited the ward office in advance and prepared and submitted necessary documents after confirming something, I got the above-mentioned unfounded words.
Employees working at the ward office are also human beings.
There may be a feeling that some officials do not want to receive things that take time and effort.
It may have been tempered by what I have never experienced before.
As human beings work, there are many things that are not perfect.
But I am amazed at the correspondence that I can not receive it because I do not know.

And the ward office staff accepted the documents as easily.
At that time there was not any word of apology.
